Perfect Moment was established in Cornwall and London in 1995 by Kevin Brownridge and John Lancaster to offer business and project development services and evaluation and research in the areas of cultural, social and economic development.
We have experience of a range of sectors with specialised knowledge in the arts and cultural industries, the community/voluntary sectors, and social enterprise.
